Manchester Central announces podcast spin-off series to shine a spotlight on the industry.
Last year, individuals and businesses across the UK, including Manchester Central, had to quickly learn to adapt to a new COVID-19 world and the array of restrictions that followed.
The spin-off series ‘Central Chat’ will give a voice to event professionals and local businesses in Manchester who have shifted their focus as a result of this ‘new normal’.
Each episode will highlight the story and experience of a specific guest, sharing their insights and learnings over the past 10 months.
Manchester Central CEO Shaun Hinds said:
“Almost a year after the first lockdown, the appetite for accessible, interesting and unique online content is greater than we’ve ever seen, so we thought it was time to bring Central Chat back to this new one. format as you go. stuck in 2021 and all that it brings.
The podcast mainly focuses on the event industry and as we know events are about people. With that in mind, we want to grow the channel to tell new stories about how this global pandemic has affected, inspired and changed the events industry and the people and businesses that make it up.
