Jet2 Launches Flights to Jersey from London Stansted Airport Despite England’s Red List Status
Jet2 saw the first wave of holidaymakers heading to the island of Jersey from London Stansted on Saturday June 26.
The flight marked the first of a number of bi-weekly services (Tuesday and Saturday) to the larger Channel Island for the summer of 2021.
The news comes at a special time as Jersey confirmed that all of England will be added to its own red list on Tuesday (June 29th), as reported by The Independent.

Flights will operate until September 25 with services available on weekends and midweek and a flight time of just over an hour, meaning people who have been waiting for a vacation can take advantage of a long weekend or a getaway.

The new destination comes after travel agencies expanded their flights and vacation programs to Jersey for this summer in response to customer demand.
